Storytelling is at the heart of my creative work. My paintings and stories begin in the same place: memory, landscape and imagination. Through paint and words, I explore the stories a landscape remembers, the traces of those who have lived, loved, suffered and hoped within it. Whether visual or written, my work seeks what lies beneath the visible world, where place preserves what time cannot erase.
